STAFF
The
Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), is a world-renowned
ballet syllabus we teach beginning with Primary Ballet,
and continuing through the Grade Levels. For more information
regarding the RAD exams, please inquire at the desk.
We are lucky to have Zenona de la Pena, a very talented
and renowned pianist, play for most of our ballet classes.
Patricia Tully-Osborn, Director, RAD
performed with the Rockettes for over 15 years. She
danced in Annie, the TV movie Leggs, Macy’s Thanksgiving
Parade, Night of 100 Stars, and Super Bowl ‘88.
She has a BA in Dance from Montclair State. Pat is a
certified teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and
Dance Educators of America.
Sophia
Dilatush began dancing here when she was three
and has never left us! She completed her Dance Educators
of America certification in July 2008.
Christa
Gesior danced at the Spring Lake School of
Dance from the second year it was open. She received
her Associates Degree from Brookdale College. Christa
is a certified teacher with Dance Educators of America.
Lindsay
Gough began dancing at the Spring Lake School
of Dance when she was five. She is a student at Brookdale
College and will complete her second year of Dance Educators
of America in June 2009.
Jamyn
Panepinto began dancing when the Spring Lake
School of Dance opened its doors in 1986. She has completed
the higher levels 6,7, 8, and Intermediate of the RAD
examinations. Jamyn graduated from Ithaca College in
2002 with a BA in Drama and a minor in Dance.
Victoria
Prodeline completed her minor in Dance at Hofstra
University and holds a B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis
on Early Childhood from Monmouth University. Vicky is
certified by Jay Dash to teach ballet, tap, jazz, and
acrobatics. Vicky was the first recipient of Miss Pat's
College Scholarship in 1992.
Jordan
van de Sande graduated with a BA from Rider
University in May 2009 with a double major in French
and Dance. She received a scholarship to the Rockette
Summer Intensive in 2007 and was an assistant for the
program in 2008 and 2009. Jordan completed RAD exams
Primary through Intermediate. She has been dancing at
the Spring Lake School of Dance since she was four years
old!
Donna
Takash graduated from Amherst College with
a degree in Theatre and Dance. Miss Donna was the founder
of her College’s first Dance Company.
Elizabeth
Troxler, ARAD danced professionally with The
Illinois Ballet, The Peoria Ballet, and the Nacional
Ballet de Panama. She is a certified teacher with the
Royal Academy of Dance and in 2001 she was the only
person in the United States to pass the Solo Seal Award
of the RAD. Elizabeth was on the ballet faculty of Northern
Arizona University’s Preparatory School for the
Performing Arts.
